I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy with your purchase! Please reach out to me at purchases@aon-celtic.com if you have any questions or concerns.



DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, I don’t accept returns or refunds on these. But please let me know if you’re having trouble accessing or downloading your files.



DAMAGED GOODS

Oh no! There’s nothing worse than being excited to receive your parcel and then discover that it was damaged or wrong. Please inspect your order when received and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so I can look into the matter further.



RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you ordered something in error or chose the wrong size, it can be fixed! Contact me about arranging an exchange or return. The returned item must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with tags intact. Once I receive the item, I can refund you the product cost (less any shipping fees) and you can order your preferred item.

REFUNDS

I’ll let you know once I’ve received the return and checked it over. So long as it’s in new condition, as stated above, you’ll automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund!
If more than 15 business days have passed since I approved the return, please me at purchases@aon-celtic.com.
