Shipping policy

Orders received for physical products outside of business hours will be processed on the following business day. Processing times depend on the item purchased, however is usually only 2-3 business days. Shipping times depend on where you are and the product type ordered, and will be noted during checkout.

Printed copies of my books are produced in the UK and the USA by BookVault, a print-on-demand publisher who specializes in high quality editions, which allows me to offer better paper and spiral bound options that are not available through Amazon.

Other physical products such as t-shirts, journals, ornaments and signs are printed-on-demand using specialist companies in the USA. I keep a huge spreadsheet of all the print-on-demand companies that I’ve found that offer unique and high quality products, and I’m always looking for more! If you have a product type or idea that you’d love to have my Celtic art on, pop me an email and I’ll look into it. As some of these companies are smaller “niche” companies, some items take longer to produce because of their custom/specialty set up. This is usually 2-3 days before it’s shipped, and then the shipping times can be as quick as week or at most 3 weeks before it arrives at your door. Shippings estimates are shown at checkout. If your item hasn’t shown up after 21 days or so, shoot me a message so I can look into things for you.

Digital orders are fulfilled immediately. You should be able to access your files once the purchase is completed, and you may also received an email a few minutes after purchase with a download link. If you don’t receive an email after, check your spam or junk folder first - sometimes it slips into there. If you haven’t received your download within 12 hours after purchase let me know so I can check things on my end and I can arrange for you to get them in another way.
