Irish greeting cards featuring the beautiful waterfall at Glenmacnass.
As you can see from the photo, the waterfall begins quite a ways up in the hillside and then forms a meandering river through the fields and hills. It was an incredibly picturesque spot, especially with the rolling hills framing the river to either side. The waterfall begins 80m above the valley, and as stated in the Lonely Planet guide the rocks are quite slippery - although I managed not to fall to my death as other's apparently had. Thank-you Lonely Planet for the warning!
